What this translates into is, Dallas is going to hope Campbell makes a mistake. This was the same philosophy as last year, except this time, Campbell didn't make the mistake...

The fact that he lit us up is reflective of this coaching philosophy has got to go. You can't live off hoping QBs make a mistake...

Exactly. I don't agree with this philosophy of playing in such a way of hoping average QBs make a mistake. Jason Campbell has a huge wind-up and is incredibly slow.

The blitzed once with Newman from the end, and if he could tackle, it would have been an easy sack. That worked plenty against Green Bay, and we never saw it again.

Not sure what game you were watching. We blitzed and stunted quite often. We also got quite a bit of pressure on Campbell. Problem was we missed tackles on him and then as the game progressed they really got the running game going and that makes it harder to stunt.

yea however the pressure faded away like where was Canty at after his sack. We had 2 sacks in the first quarter how many did we have on the game???

I saw a few blitzes up the middle by Zach and Brady, but they were so obvious that anybody could know they were coming.

We got very little pressure on Campbell as far as I'm concerned. Our interior middle is so open, because our defensive lineman are getting blown off the ball, the QB just has to step forward.

I don't care how many "reads" you go through, it's hard to NOT to look like a good QB when you're throwing to completely wide open receivers. Way too much of that today.

I love me some Newman usually, but he really had a stinker of a game.

You have to give it up for JC. He played well, avoided sacks at crucial times and made quick decisions.

I figured we would see a lot more pressure than we got.

I must say though JC has played better each week.

Exactly, any QB is going to be okay if he has 10 yards of space to fit the ball into like Campbell did today.

Wade's defensive philosophy is hopelessly flawed and no amount of defensive talent is ever going to win anything of signfificance with this style of play. Good QBs will beat you.

Brady hung up 49 on us last year if I remember correctly. Eli will do a number against us if we play like this agian.

I really don't like our chances this year unless either our players learn to play this scheme better or we switch defensive strategies.

Stewart always seems to pop off like this a little bit. I'm not a big fan of it.

Yakuza is right: missed tackles and sacks GALORE. Ware, Newman, etc.........worst tackling in ...........I don't know when. Just brutal.

Maybe the best post of the day. Think of NE game last year and how did that strategy work with Brady?
