Never seen the guy play until I did some youtubing of the top prospects. To me, this kid looks flawless. He's big, fast and seems like he can catch. Whats his downside to the people who have watched him. I think he would fit in good here. I thought he was the best WR I seen. The kid Hardy is big and fast but I really think he will move to tight end in the pros. Manningham looks soild. Opinions

Flawless huh? I was almost positive they'd put some of his bad clips in a highlight reel on youtube. Guess not.

i have seen him many times, and live, and he is very big, good speed for a guy of his size (6'4" 220 pounds) and he has GREAT hands. I'll honestly say he's probably got the best hands in the draft.

He's not as fast or as atheletic as some of the other guys but he absolutely has the best hands. I'd love to have Kelly, love to. But I've got a feeling he's going to be gone in the top 20.

He has great hands and I like his speed for his size and ability to jump. I really like his route running, and ability to go over the middle and get the ball. He has good game speed I think.

I think he is the best prospect at WR in this years draft, and that he wont be a cowboys lol.

I will be interested to see what he runs, because he consistently gets behind coverage and creates separation. I also agree best hands in the draft and with his size I don't see how he isn't the first WR taken.

I really like him, he got deep consistently in college

a Plaxico Burress type

That's about how i see him after watching him for 2+ years. He'll either be good, or very good. He won't be a bust, but he won't be a "super star" IMHO. Good pick durng the bottom 1/3 of the 1st round.

That was the point of the thread, what is his downside? Youtube only shows the best and I thought he looked pretty good; however, I have never seen him play and wanted to know what his weaknesses were.

apparently speed, but i've noticed a lot of sarcism and hate on other posters lately now that dallas is out of the playoffs... seems like everybody is taking out their frustration on everyone else.

Well I would say that he doesn't show up nearly as much as a supposedly dominant college receiver should. Seems Iglesias was the one always making the big (and maybe more importantly, clutch) plays for OU when I saw them.

Kelly reportedly runs about around a 4.45 to 4.5 forty time. That is very good for his size but keeps him from being in the Jackson role of being a completely gamebreaking speedster that some might be looking for.

Why do you think Iglesias was catching all of those balls? :)

yeah Iglesias is a good reciever, I'm taking nothing away from him, but he benefits GREATLY from people putting their attention on Kelly.

You need look no further than the start of this season. When he was routinely being allowed to get 1 on 1 coverage Kelly had 14 catches...7 of them for TDs.

People quickly went to doubling him and such to take him out of the game more, which allowed for Iglesias found a lot more single coverage as the season continued on.
