An exercise of futility. What would be the chances of a team (Cowboys or another team) medically clearing McDowell and bringing him onto their active roster with the written understanding that Earl Thomas would be traded for a pre-approved draft pick? Another team could save Seattle significant money on their cap if they did such a thing. Just an added incentive to get a deal finished. Seems that GM's are getting more clever about getting rid of wasted cap dollars (see Cleveland and Houston trade for Osweiler last year).

Man that guy has so much talent but he lacks any motivation to be a football player, it is sad, even Gregory is starting to show he wants to play and becoming serious now.

He won’t play a down in the NFL. Don’t waste your time. The guy had motivation issues before the ATV wreck, now he has physical issues as well.
