But you can't. Its your super hero power.

Back on subject.

I would have beat this man w/in an inch of his life if he laid a hand on my child.

You can bet the father wasn't anywhere near this woman when this went down.

Old man needs a foot n the A.

Mean old hombre at 61. I'd still end up being arrested after trouncing him even if my wife called the cops.

Nobody needed to be slapped. If fear and intimidation are the only things in this guy's repetoire, then he's in for a continued life of trouble. I hope, for his sake, that this was an isolated incident.

A continued life? That dudes 61 and has a path carved in stone that's not likely to change before he kicks. :laugh2:

A. I would have stopped my childs' tantrum myself, or removed her from the store immediately, my groceries be damned. I can't stand parents who just let their children annoy the **** out of everyone by being disruptive or loud.

B. If this man touched my child I would stick every packet of bubble gum directly up his ***, and my foot in his mouth. Curb stomp, American History X style.

It literally would have taken a dozen full grown men to separate me from this fool. I seriously don't think i would be able to stop beating on him if he did that to my child or any of my nieces and nephews, i don't care how old he is.

That's just insane to do that to a strangers child.

Crazy. Can't do that to someone else's kid.

At the same time I've seen countless parents bring screaming children inside a store and just ignore them for the entire 40-60 minutes they are in the store. Most kids stop after awhile but just 5-10 minutes of multiple children screaming is one of the most annoying things in the world.

Why take them out of the store? It was just Wal-Mart. It is not as if the experience of grocery or clothes shopping in Wal-Mart is that special. I could understand if you were having dinner in a nice restaurant or at a movie, but not just shopping.

People are used to seeing and hearing crying children at Wal-Mart. If you haven't seen a child throwing a tantrum at Wal-Mart, then you haven't been to Wal-Mart. I think they hire these kids to be there screaming and crying just like they hire senior citizens to be door greeters.

Are you a Wal-Mart promoter?

And I will say that I disagree with you. It doesn't matter if it's a store, movie, restraurant, or anywhere. If your child is having a melt down for whatever reason, it is impolite to others around you to allow the child to continue disturbing innocent people.

And no, I am not condoning the action taken by this "man".

I know you are not promoting his actions and no I am not a Wal-Mart promoter. I don't shop there. I just disagree with you. I don't think it is that impolite in that grocery store/retail store setting if we are talking about a child having a tantrum. Now if we are talking about some kid being a brat and knocking stuff down or throwing things at other people that would be different. Crying I can deal with. Kids cry especially young kids.

He's got a real mental problem to hit a two year old like that. I personally would be doing life if someone did that to one of my kids. I'd have a melt down of my own and beat the fool to death for hitting my baby like that.

But how many times have y'all been in a store and some kid is throwing a fit and you've thought to yourself or said under your breath that you wish someone would shut that brat up?

I never allowed my kids to act that way in any public place. The first time they tried, they were swatted on the butt and marched out of the store to sit in the car with their daddy while I finished the shopping.

Listening to their dad in the car complaining about how he was gonna have to listen to me about it for the rest of the night was all it took to stop that from happening again. LOL

It apparently got pretty heated when someone actually applauded this idiot's behavior. Some good posters were banned over it.
