I was rather impressed with Mana Silva's ability to be at the point of attack on ST. He was always the first one downfield on punt coverage and made a few nice tackles. Hopefully he also develops into a good backup safety.

Can we get a better comparison?

One that doesn't involve jail time.

Bill Bates maybe?

Heck, I'll settle for Kenny Gant!

He should change his jersey number from 36 to 420...

He looked good in coverage in dime too. When Eli is barely cracking 200 yards on 32 pass attempts, someone is doing their job over the top and forcing Eli to check down.

Tough to cover kicks from the pokey.

My first thought was "Great, now what kind of trouble has this joker gotten himself into?"

Yeah, that was nice to see. Even on the deep completion, Silva was this close to getting that ball out of there.

It was nice to see both he and Butler out there and playing pretty well.

Shows me that Ryan has faith in the young guys and it shows me that it looks like this team has great secondary depth, before Jenkins even hits the field.

The early reports on Henderson's work show a huge improvement over Campo.

One of my favorite cowboys because my bro ran track with him at FSU and because he talks to me on Facebook from time to time........

Patrick Watkins. Special teams master.

A friggin' corpse is a huge improvement over Campo.
