March Madness Rock n Roll Bracket

exactly......

some of the more notable gaffs are Outkast, The Jackson 5, P Funk, Earth Wind & Fire, and the Beastie Boys. (I love the Beasties, but it ain't rock)

Even with his ridiculously dumb rules, I don't see how 311, Living Colour & ELO got in but Fleetwood Mac did not. Mind blowing.

No Springsteen and the E Street Band, Steve Miller Band, Eric Clapton, The Byrds, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers?

I think the Hendrix may be tough to topple...

I don't know what is more ridiculous, puttin Led Zepplin against Nickleback or the fact the some people actually chose Nickleback.

I know, and I'm a huge Springsteen fan, but he has rules/reasons for that, which make no sense at all when you see some of the bands that he let in.
His reasoning was that they wanted to keep it to just bands, no solo artists. He completely contradicts that though with the Jackson 5, among others.

:laugh2:

Those that did were obviously born in the 80s or early 90s.

....and how did The Killers and Living Colour make this tourney

Jimi Hendrix Experience... everyone knows that was really a solo act...

Yep. You could make the same argument for the Dave Matthews band, sorta. They just hammed up the whole thing, but it's still fun.
I think the Rolling Stones will win it, but my dark horse is Van Halen.

The Chili Peppers vs. Black Sabbath is the hardest matchup for me.
Tool got screwed in their opening matchup. They can't hang with the mighty Van Halen!

It's Cowturd what do you expect. He's the same guy that said Haynesworth did nothing wrong when he stomped Gurode.

I'm surprised you aren't wondering why Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka (SRV & DT) didn't make the list...

Oh yeah... that was a GLARING oversight...

I thought so too... Those bands should all win one round...
