Was wondering the same thing. Doctor/ patient previledge. How could others know before he did.

SI's Tony Pauline reports that rumors of TCU T/G Marcus Cannon having cancer are "untrue."
TCU is expected to release a statement refuting the report shortly. The rumor was posted on numerous draft websites, and claimed that Cannon had been diagnosed with testicular cancer. A projected second- to third-round pick, Cannon's draft stock should be stable, assuming Pauline's info is accurate.
