Any consideration for the 38 year old head Coach for Notre Dame ?

The Irish has been dominant in the college playoffs and he would be thinking outside of the box.
Freeman is in a good place and I hope he stays. The Cowboys like seasoned veteran NFL coaches.

HE was on the hot seat early in the season after losing to Northern Illinois.

BUT he certainly has cranked it up a couple of notches.

He never was a HC before going to Notre Dame. A pretty tough place to start your Head Coaching career

Agreed about being on the hot seat after the NIU debacle. I’m a ND alum and was surprised he was the hire after BK bolted for LSU, but I think ND has a gem in Freeman; has had and will continue to have some growing pains as he continues to evolve as a coach. You can tell his players love playing for him and players want to play for him.

hey Guys,

theres this hot young high school football coach, really, he thinks outside the box, like the QB throwing to offensive line men. Sometimes playing D on offense and one time he used the whole ST to make a defensive play, it was awesome.

Unless being an NFL coach is priority or goal for him, I can't imagine choosing the Cowboys over notre dame. Maybe you could buy him or the warmer climate factors in.

Right, And he can bring a good culture to the Cowboys. If we can't keep Mike, I'm for Freeman.

Agreed…last night was the first time they have been able to go play competitively and win against an SEC program…that was a huge win!
we have been competitive but could never close the deal; but that was Big Game Loser Kelly more than anything else.
