I'd try and move back in the 1st and gain a 2nd or 3rd and grab Battle the Safety outta Alabama.
Look at Christian Harris LB in the 2nd then one of those Georgia guys Walker or Wyatt.
Ridgway DT later in the 3rd or 4th.

This would be a terrific draft.

Also watch the TE from Bama dude can block and Catch and is pretty fast

Just throwing this out there and I could be completely wrong. I wonder if N. Wright was a special teams pick and the Cowboys just didn’t want to publicly say it because they knew they would get blasted for it…

He's done more than Reggie Robinson to date so that's good I guess.

I think he was seen as a developmental guy who at least could play ST right away. Dunno if he'll ever be a consistent defensive player but I'm an idiot, so...

Gardner is a terrific option at that point in the draft. Taking him would say a lot about how they feel about the Joseph pick. My hope is that they feel good about the CB position and go in another direction. They could draft a replacement for Williams or Gallup or take a pass rusher if they can’t sign Gregory. Most wont like it, but Jameson Williams would be my pick. IMO he’s the best WR in the class and if he’s available he’s just too dynamic to pass up.

Raw piece of clay. His pick may not make sense til 2022 or 2023. Frederick made no sense in first round til it did. If we lose Kearse in FA a couple of 6-4 guys like NW and Izzy might start to make sense.

we can’t lose Kearse and Hooker or safety becomes a huge hole like last year

everyone was clamoring for CB this off season and in the draft. We got DL, LB and safety and guess what? Our defense is light years better. Our CBS are good enough. We need DL and LB and resign Kearse and Hooker

I dont think he was a ST pick at all. I think he was a measurables pick with the hope he can develop into a starting caliber CB.

Teams take projects sometimes in the 3rd. Teams dont take ST players in the third round. It might just work out that that projects only really becomes a STer. Lets wait a bit with Wright

I wouldn’t mind J. Williams at all if the board fell a certain way. This team needs a speed element at receiver and he would provide that and more. There’s certain dudes you can just imagine wearing the star and he’s one of them IMO.

I think between Cooper, Gallup, and Wilson, one (maybe two) of those receivers won’t be back. Depending on who it is receiver could become a bigger need.
