Marcus Spears - Replacement Ratliff /Jay Ratliff - Replacement ?

I believe with Spears, Hatcher, and Lessimore hurt, the Cowboys should be looking forward to see what can Ratliff do at the defensive end position and Josh Brent starting at Nose Tackle.

I know Stephen Bowen might be in there and I still wouldnt feel no way about it.

But I believe personally that Josh Brent has out performed Stephen Bowen and should get the opportunity to start with Ratliff in the place of Spears. I believe it's going to be havoc.

I think Rat said they put him in some at DE in this past game but was not noticed due to the strange defensive system wade was using known as the keystone cops breakout blitz scheme.

So chances are they will continue to do that until they get some players healthy.

This might also have some bearing on what happens in the draft next year as the defensive player from Alabama (name slips my mind) is someone that some people have thought we might be interested in with our first pick.

Not sure where I seen ratliff mention that. Just remember a blurb where I think he said they had him at DE for some plays in the second half. Could be wrong on that but I am pretty sure that was what I seen or heard.

We may run that more next week, seeing that we only have 4 DL for the 3-4 set but 6 or 7 that can play 4-3
