MARCUS VICK ARRESTED

Marcus Vick got his family’s name back on the police blotter early this morning when
he was arrested in Norfolk.
A police officer on a bicycle rode up to a car with a couple arguing early this morning. When he asked for identification, Vick sped away. He was stopped a few minutes later by another officer, failed a sobriety test and was charged with DUI, eluding police, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. He was released this morning on a $1,000 bond.
It’s not the younger Vick’s first brush with the law. He was suspended for the 2004 season at Virginia Tech for two separate criminal offenses and was arrested nine times for traffic violations during his time at the school. He was also arrested in 2006 for pointing a gun at people in a McDonald’s parking lot and, later the same year, was accused of molesting a minor. His brief
NFL career consisted of one game with the Dolphins in 2006.
