unless you're deaf there is no way in hell you've never heard Celine Deion sing that Titantic song. You couldn't have avoided that if you tried. If you've spent more than 5 minutes in a store shopping the last 5 years you've heard Adele, you might not have known it but you did.

Never watched Titanic. Never heard her sing. Sorry to disappoint. I don't shop. My wife does it. And yes I go to Walmart/Safeway, etc., don't notice music in the background. Don't care.

Neither of us have any idea what it's like up there in that situation, but if she couldn't hear, then I'm not really sure what you'd expect her to do. If someone plugged your ears and put on your favorite song, something you even know all the words to, I challenge you to sing along to it.

Vocal abuse over the years and drugs can destroy a singers voice. Mariah has always had a "screech" in her voice and years of screeching and drugs has caught up with her. Drugs ruined Whitney Houston's voice.
