Has played decently this season for the Bears. Not great, but averaging like 3.7 yards per carry. Coming into today, he had one fumble.

Do you expect him to be released after his costly mistakes late in the game; running out of bounds to stop the clock with his team up by 3 and less than 2:00 left, and in OT- fumble as his team is entering FG range- fumble lost and Tebow time was all she wrote.

Does he become the fall guy?

I was about to make a thread on this. I do feel bad for him. I picked him up for my fantasy team and he did good for me for the most part. I dont think the Bears are going to release him though. Not enough depth IMO.

Right, can't afford to cut him.

Once again, Marion Barber has shown he is not a very smart player. Remember last year when he took off his helmet when he scored...not very bright
 
They won't cut him but don't be surprised to see the Bears draft a RB in the 3rd or 4th round next April. Next summer he might be playing for his roster spot.
