Playing scared is for *****es

I am not saying playing scared, I am just saying we need to be smart about it.

If Carr broke his ankle, the Raider's chance at the SB just went out the window........I think they would rather be called puzzies and have Carr at QB than have some bench scrub at QB but pound their chest and say they were not scared. Fine, they are not scared, but the Pats are going to roll them now without Carr.

Teams that overrest aren't ready for the playoffs either. So there are no good answers. I think we'll see a lot of McFadden for sure. Doubt we see Romo.

That's football. No need to add any more or less significance on the possibility for injury to key players than what has always existed.

Really starting to get worried about playing starters in meaningless games. I know injuries are part of the game, but dam, if Dak broke a leg or if Zeke blew out his knee in a meaningless game.......yikes, that would be hard to swallow.

Injuries are always a concern but you still have to keep your team sharp and playing well. I've lost track of how many teams have been overly cautious by resting players and ended up going one and out in the playoffs.

you don't need to play a full game though...just great week of practice and maybe a half of live action

Dak needs to play the entire game on Monday night and half the game in the season finale. You have to remember he's a rookie QB who still needs experience to continue to develop. These are valuable reps for him to continue to learn. He needs all the experience he can get for the playoffs.

Raiders still have something to play for. I believe home field throughout the playoffs

And why always these other teams or us, why never GB or NY, or NE.....

The Pats lost their 2nd most important piece (Gronk) however. Doesn't seem to be hampering them right now but he will be missed during the playoffs.

Sorry for Carr, throwing the ball too much leads to such incidents sometimes. But I'm playing Dak & Zeke for the remainder of the season. And of course Garrett agrees.

By the sounds of it, we need to place all of our starters in the WPP until that 1st playoff game. :D

Swallow?

I'd puke.

I play alot of golf and I liken it to playing and shooting a good score and coming to 18 and being laying 3 on a par 5 and have to choose b/w hitting to the fat of the green or taking one more club and going for the pin.

If you miss..you are in the bunker behind the green with probably a triple bogey.

Play it safe and keep going.

I always play it safe and go to the clubhouse.
I'd probably projectile vomited continuously like something out of the exorcist.
