Some say Terrell Owens, and some say Brandon Marshall. Either way, Harrison is a 6'2 230 pound beast of a WR with sub 4.4 speed who consistently gets separation , uses his body to shield away defenders, and offers tremendous YAC ability. His hands have been labeled as inconsistent and thus the stock drop, but very few outlets outside of Newark have documented the head injury that befell him in 2011, costing him starts and getting him benched for fear of further injury. Though he re-emerged in 2012, he took a back seat to emerging star Brandon Coleman- a 6'6 220 pound phenom who will most likely be a top 10 selection in 2014 or 2015. Either way, Harrison has the tools to be a game breaking WR, and if not for the overwhelming depth of the WR class, Harrison would be a 2nd round selection at worst.

Anybody think he doesnt get drated?

Rutgers WR Mark Harrison ran an official 4.46 forty during the NFL Combine.
Harrison's 10 yard split was a 1.56. The long strider is turning into a late round favorite in the draft community, but he needs to catch the ball more consistently. Some are even drawing comparisons to Brandon Marshall. Feb 24 - 5:09

He is doubtful to get drafted, IMO.

He is a freak athlete, but so was Miles Austin.

His college career was underwhelming and now he has a foot injury.

To me, the last thing you want to hear about a WR prospect is that he has trouble catching the ball.

IMO, you want natural pass catchers at that position... even if you're taking one in the later rounds.

Head injuries make anything in the NFL different. But what's the extent of the head injury?

He's a big kid, thats for sure. Looks solid as a rock.

Even Terrell Owens did not go until the 3rd round, he just didn't have the production or the level of competition. Harrison is in the same boat, there's just not enough good tape. Great 2010, crappy 2011 and average 2012. Harrison does more than physically resemble T.O. (size, build & speed) he also emulates him and his game, Owens is his favorite player. Harrison is a long strider, big time leaping ability but inconsistent hands and lacks explosion off the line.

I like him though, and could be a sleeper if he commits himself to greatness and lands with a team with a WR coach to help him develop. That said, don't see going any sooner than the 7th round in this very deep WR draft, especially coming off a broken foot.

Just FYI apparently he is one of the two involved with the Combine hotel room making a mess incident. I don't know who the other one is but supposedly a high draft prospect, some are saying a 1st rounder.

Sorry I missed hearing about said incident. Do you have a link or a brief recap? Thanks!

He looks like he has the tools to make it. You cant teach size and speed. Late or UDFA I'd give him a shot.
