Plus the guy is coming from a spread run option offense to a Pro offense

I'm not too familiar with the way the 'boys help their team learn the playbook, so bear with me for a second.

Wouldn't it behoove the team to have a very basic, 1-2 hour 'class' on learning? It would amaze people to know how much is not taught in high school and college concerning how to learn. Everyone learns differently, and the american school system only caters to about 20% of the kids.

Can you imagine if the rookies were able to completely learn the playbook in two weeks?

I disagree. I hated it last year to see Fassano in there instead of Curtis. Curtis is much better and if this means he's the #2 TE behind Witten (now that Fassano is gone) then this is a serious upgrade. Curtis made plays; Fassano did not. Enough said!

That's fine if the idea is to bump Curtis up to 2nd TE and not draft another 2nd TE in the 2nd round.

The problem with that is the team doesn't think Curtis is good enough to play 2nd TE (nor do I), so they drafted another 2nd rounder to play 2nd TE.
