I hope Garrett's coaching career don't turn out like Marty's playoffs success or lack thereof.

Chargers made smart move in 2006. Chargers went 13-3 and went one and done. He was fired

Next year they got to afc title game. Only lost because they played 18-1 patriots.

Garrett needs to go. He is not a good coach. He can't get over the hump just like Marty

I agree man. I wish Jerry Jones knew what he was doing.

Wont happen, Jerry Jones has and will always put loyalty to players and coaches ahead of the good of the team.

His team forced 5 TOs in Brady and the DB decided to freelance and fumble the ball on FG range..

San Diego collapsed after he left and so did the Skins..

He won playoff games, just never got over the hump. To compare him to Garrett is an insult. The guy is a football legend.

So then wouldn't this prove my point?

Garrett is constantly ill prepared and always dumb in key moments and yet he's still here.

He needs to go. Somebody else needs to have the voice. It propelled the bucs when gruden came in for good clapping dungy. I want someone these players fear. Nobody fears this bozo

Oh, I agree Garrett needs to go. I've been saying this for years, we've wasted SB potential years on him, not only as a HC, but OC..

I just find it disrespectful to compare him to Marty...

My point though is that when you do come up short so often in big games and you come out lifeless and make in game blunders you can't have a job. And again these players don't fear him

I understand people are pissed about the loss-- but Garrett has done a good job this year.

Like NFL Coach of the Year good.

He lost his starting QB and his backup-- and won 13 games, the NFCE, and HFA with a 3rd string 4th round pick.

Beyond that-- he had his whole team buy in to his system and play beyond anyone's expectations this year. Guess he gets zero credit and all the blame? Sounds reasonable and logical

Firing him wouldn't just be classless, disrespectful, and illogical-- it would be placing Dak into an unnecessary transition in his second year-- the time when most players improve the most.

I understand the need to vent-- but I think it would be wise to step off the ledge a bit lol... we lost a tough game-- but even the almighty Belichek doesnt win the SB every year.
