Martz as our OC

Hello,

In order to fix this team next year, here is my suggestions:

1. Fire Jason Garett as OC.
2. Hire Mike Martz as OC, and keep Wade as HC for one more season. If we do nothing the next year, name Mike Martz as HC.
3. Trade Marion the Moron during the draft to recuperate our lost draft picks from the Roy Williams deal. Felix and Tachard plus a new draft pick can handle the load.
4. Get rid of Zach, Tank, Pacman Bollinger and Jonhnson, Proctor.
5. Try to draft a young QB for college and entertain the idea for Steinbach to compete for the QB position.
