They were saying that because of his football skills not his marksmanship. Also, it was a tiny section of people. Most thought he was over.

He was clearly done. Then factor in the whole killing someone thing.

I never bought the medias angle on him. He was not a good teammate.

And the media cant convince me that Moss had more baller in him than T.O.

T.O. played great w/ a broken leg in the SB. If its cold and windy Moss will pretty much shut it down

Is that a joke? If I was like you and searched archives I could go back from 2003-2007 and find MANY people who said that. Because Marvin was the "good" reciever in the eyes of many.
TO is more divisive. But that isn't the point of this thread.

Marvin Harrison and his bodyguards also alledgedly choked a kid out at the Pro Bowl who wanted an autograph.

TO has shut it down plenty of times.

Not his rep IMO. Plays hard and practices hard.

He did become a sideline/turf hugger when he came to Dal though

There's also the allegedly fight with a police officer in parking garage mall here in Indy. It was supposedly caught on video but the head of security protected the video from being released. Living in Indy I heard about this for years but nothing ever came of it. Look at the comments from this blog below. A couple of people commented on it.

Interesting stuff. I'm actually surprised ESPN never jumped all over this, but instead chose to act like Marvin Harrison was a model person. They would have gotten more ratings by exposing Harrison as opposed to choosing not to cover it.
