We really need to take this country back away from these judges that legislate from the bench.

How do you know that's what he's doing? Maybe the law doesn't say that the state shouldn't pay for it. In that case, would you be ok with the judge "legislating from the bench"?

At some point... common sense needs to prevail, we have a guy serving life for murder, for killing his wife...

I know this case well... been ongoing...

We paid for his hormones... now we need to pay for his sex change...

He wants a sex change in prison... he deserves NOTHING other than busting rocks in the yard...
