Matthew Golden will be a Cowboy

Your putting a lot of faith in that group. Diggs may not come back. Mukuamu is more of a S. Elam is a 1st round bust buffalo couldn't wait to get rid of. I love the potential of Carson and Butler but they are green as spring grass.
Average group at best, even with diggs, but I just think the WR group is even worse.

We dont have a functional offense w the current weapons we have. Double Lamb and force Tolbert and Turpin to beat you

Can you elobrate on what you seeing?
If Dallas drafts a WR at 12, Golden is a solid pick.
They need a number 2 receiver and the draft sets up well for them to get one in the draft and it's a good investment when you look at what receivers cost.

Tolbert might not make the team this year.

He said how the team operated in FA makes him think they're going WR and I ask him to elaborate because they've signed several positions including WR.

I'm well aware of your talking point.

I really like his upside, but I dont know of Dak is the type of QB to maximize Golden. He is an average at best vertical QB
Golden (5'11" 191) vs. McMillian (6'4" 219)

I'm not going to get into what the differences are between the two., most of us know.
The question is what WR is a better fit? The Cowboys biggest issue is inside the redzone when space is condensed.
Running a 4.3 is nice, but those opportunities are not always there. Having a target that wins in contested areas on a regular basis is.
Lamb is the man who will see double digit targets a game and his partner across the field will see half of that. Is Golden the type of WR to exploit coverages inside the redzone and be a major factor?
