Granted he didn't do much as Bronco's HC but damn, he's a hell of a defensive coach. From a few nuggets I have read, he is also a strong disciplinarian. The Eagles losing him would be huge......

Many coordinators struggle as first time HCs. There is a lot more to it than just football.
