Maybe this game was lost before it started

only TWO players from 2016 OL playing the same position

No team can survive that many losses or adjustments and NOT expect some pullback. There just not that kind of depth in an era of Cap and free agency.

My only problem is little disappointed the coaches didn't have a better read Green or Bell inability to play the LT position at an NFL level. They see these players EVERY day .........as a coach YOU KNOW YOUR PLAYERS STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES.

Good news is we now see the lost these players impact real game........expect adjustments this week in practice and a better team next week against the Eagles.

We lost because of COACHING. Just leaving our back up LT on a island like he is Tyron Smith and continue to run our offense as if we had zeke and Tyron smith is why we lost. Stubborn coaching on offense and defense. I like Jaylon and all but he should not be playing definitely not as much. Yes I know Lee got injured but I know we have other linebackers that we can try. They can't be worst than "can't read a play" Jaylon.

Also where were the quick hitters? Slants, drags and etc. Should of been trying to get the ball in dez and williams hands on the run.

Both, but much of the suck we saw out there today was coaching. Lack of adjustments; Leaving Green on an island until the end of the third quarter; forcing Jaylon into the line-up because of the pick that was invested in him. etc.

In my opinion, Lee, Tyron, and Zeke (in that order) are this teams most important players

I am not sure we could win a single game on the schedule without any of the three. That is an ENORMOUS indictment on the coaching staff.

I honestly don't think they expected him to struggle as bad as he did. Someone said he played LT a couple times last year and did quite well. But the question(s) .........who you going to replace him with when Bell may be worst giving him help from where when your best blocking back is suspended. Notice what happen when they ask Smith to help Bell........after Zeke the next best blocking back McFadden and for some odd reason he's in their doghouse.

This team was a good coaching staff away from beating Atlanta. Atlanta had no running game and had only post routes/slants working for them offensively but we decided to play the corners 10 yards away from the receivers. Defensively they decided to exploit the left side with Green and our coaching staff did nothing to help their QB not get punished.

Chaz Green and Jaylon Smith are the two worst football players I have ever witnessed. Rob Pettitti bad. La'el had a bad game in pass blocking as well. Of course Atlanta fixed it with quicker passing which opened the run game. We got it together and then Green got burned and backwards Dallas goes again. Pitiful.

Cowboys are out coached too often, that is the first issue that needs to be addressed or there will be alot more games that are lost before they ever start

The Cowboys simply lack the number of quality backup help on the bench to cope with multiple losses of their best players. Teams like the Pats and Packers have done so with more absentees than what we had Sunday. It simply requires more astute management than we have at hand.

The Eagles will probably beat us by double digits. I hope I'm wrong.
