Maybe this is all just a hoax

Maybe there's nothing really wrong with Tony's back that would prevent him from playing. Maybe this is all just being put out there to keep the Eagles from knowing how to prepare for the game.

Heck, I don't know what to believe at this point....so many conflicting reports coming from Jerry, Jason, reporters. Good grief.

Doubt it. The Eagles know Romo's game and there's not really anything to prepare for with Orton.

You're nuts if you don't think he's actually hurt. Unless they wanted to be so elaborate that Tony was limping around on the field, there's definitely an injury. The conflicting reports are a combination of the sensationalist media and Jerry bein Jerry.

Conflicting reports because nobody knows. Everyone is making guesses but that's all it is. My guess is that Romo can play with it, he did finish the game. If he struggles you can pull him and bring in Orton. Btw, it appears to have been a problem for him all season probably why his deep passes have been lacking.

Take off the tin foil hat. Romo is hurt and won't play Sunday.

Thank you. So many people are buying into this. Romo is hurt and done for the season and the Cowboys are trying to be coy so the Eagles have to prepare for Romo. The Eagles aren't dumb though, they know Romo is done.

Not a hoax, there is an injury. Now how bad is this injury, only Tony, the Doctor, JG & JJ knows. oh and Stephen, the 100% truth.
I think it's a mind game more than anything, but Eagles aren't fooled. They will prepare the same way.

I don't think he plays, but wouldn't surprise me if he did give it a go. Surgery, it's a 3 to 4 month recovery. For most people without strenuous activity, they can take inflammatory medicine, cortisone shot, to relieve the inflammation, and go on about their business. For an athlete, especially an NFL QB, I just can't see it. This is what a doctor on ESPN said yesterday, or something to this effect.
But he didn't say if it could get any worse if he did take a shot and play. this I have no idea and haven't looked it up yet.

Not a hoax. It's true unfortunately. Maybe we should sign one of these guys to play QB for a day cause I don't have little-to-no trust in Orton

Not the guy in the middle, no way....oh wait, he could be knocked out of the 40 year old mind...but would he be worse, I doubt better...

based on new info, I disagree. He's been hurt all year, it's been obvious with the way he's been moving around the pocket and not running like he had in the past.

Doctors won't clear him. He's not playing.

You can't say that for sure. There's way too much misinformation out there to really know with 100% certainty either way.

I feel like I have enough information for me to confidently say he won't play

Betting line of 7.5 would not be available if there was a chance he was playing

Right, the Vegas odds makers have more inside info than the NFL insiders...
Actually, I wouldn't doubt if this is true.
