Mayfield feels disrespected

Mayfield has a great clutch gene but lacks consistency. You need a great D and a great running game if he's your QB.

It's wild to me that some of ya'll think there isn't a group of QB's that could come in here with the same team & do as well as or better than Dak. I'm not talking about the elite QB's, I'm talking about the group ya'll pretend Dak is better than.

It's also wild to me that "Next man up gets the record deal, that's just the way it works" talk goes out the window when discussing those QB contracts.

Yeah, the Next Man Up thing is just so incredibly stupid. Every player is different and brings different strengths and weaknesses to the game. No way should a team just pay more and more and more just because his contract is up. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.

It's been said the Mayfield wants to win really badly. His insistence on 50 mil per year says otherwise.

And talk about a lack of respect. The Bucs gave Mayfield 100 mil over 3 years when no one else was offering. But now, he wants a team strapping contract that makes sure the Bucs won't win. This screams that Mayfield doesn't care about winning after all.

Team him up with CDee & Pickens.....he'd put up stats in #6 range also.....

Some Qb make receivers better
Some Wr make Qb better
