i still think if jerry jones can swing a deal to get shanahan here either as offensive coordinator or head coach jerry jones will.

or wade phillips takes a demotion to defensive coordinator which i dont think he will, but you never can tell, wades tenure as Head Coaching is about all used up, no one would or will try him as a head coach ever again, he is getting too old

now at same time if we lose sherman, bowles, and garret we will need some more coaches, and as you all know, we still need a special teams coach
