Can I exercise with jumper's knee?

But in worst-case scenarios, when you're feeling consistent pain or weakness in the joint tendon while just going through your day, plan to halt any knee-stressing workouts for a few weeks. This would involve activities that include running and jumping. Nov 4, 2021

What is the fastest way to heal jumper's knee?

Treatment for jumper's knee involves resting, applying ice to the injury, compressing the injury and elevating the affected area. The letters R-E-S-T explain how best to rest after a jumper's knee injury.

If not for the MRI as a precaution no one would be talking about it.
The team would probably say going through some soreness issues.

I bet other players have similar type issues that are not reported because no MRI was done
Because it's a knee, especially on a big guy, more precaution is wise.

I'd have to research it, which I'm not going to do, not worth the time, but I don't recall players getting hurt so much in camp and practices back in the 60's and 70's, despite the fact that most had other off-season jobs or at least did little to nothing in the way of staying in shape during the off-season, and played their way into shape, there were few injuries like knees, etc

Could be wrong, just my recollection...

As hard as it has been for this team to stop the run, it would have been bad news. I would like to believe he could help get this team over the top. Maybe not this year but he could be the real deal in a couple of years.
This team don’t have a couple of years. Their window is 2023 and 2024 after that it will close very fast

I believe those guys are massive upgrades. Don’t forget guys like Overshown, Deuce will also be great
Deuce great at what? Pee wee football. The guy is literally 5’3. Good story but he will never play a down of regular season nfl football. If he does we are in serious trouble.

This is good news. He might just have a little tendonitis. Heck by the time these guys make it to the NFL they have some wear and tear on their bodies. The weight room will help with that tendonitis.

Well obviously something is wrong. Not a good sign.
Exactly, major concern. The top 3 concerns in my life right now are:

1. Something is wrong with Mazi's knee;
2. The world is falling apart; and
3. Aliens exist.

Great news. They need a young gun at DT. I am looking forward to seeing what he can do.
