Wow. That’s encouraging. 25 snaps is a lot for him. But that was also the worst offense in the NFL.
dang, you're absolutely right. Its like... hut.....**crickets**.... GO!!!He was so slow off the ball it caused his man to overrun him.
His reaction at the snap is a career killer. He moves half a second after everyone else on the field. It's incredible to watch. I've never seen anything like it at this level.
"He's just learning how to react to the pro game and a new defense!!!"
Thats literally how a stunt is supposed to lookOn this particular play Mazi looks slow and goofy, like he just lucked into this play. I mean, im glad he "improved" against a sacrificial lamb of a team but this clip is NOT a highlight. As TNCowboy stated, "He moves half a second after everyone else on the field" and its VERY evident in this clip. Soooooo... yeah.....not impressed.
Out of the names you listed only porter is doing anything. He's legit. Its not the greatest thing he only played 25 snaps. I'm not sure who else they could have drafted maybe:
Nolan Smith
Anton Harrison might have made the most sense looking back
Joey Porter Jr.
Dont know why NY took Banks over Porter. Banks has the upside be what Porter was coming outOut of the names you listed only porter is doing anything. He's legit.
Broduss said same thing on fan today but is encouraged and a step in right directionOn this particular play Mazi looks slow and goofy, like he just lucked into this play. Like Taco?Thankfully, at this place, if fans don't like them it probably means they have a very bright future.
It was a stunt. He was waiting for Hankins to engage and the lane to open up. He timed it well and got a clear lane.Mazi, waiting for someone to tell him the offensive play that is being run, as he was accustomed to in college:
