I looked up currant Michigan players in the NFL. Besides maybe Aidan Hutchinson it’s not an impressive list. Of course Jourdan Lewis is on there.

Besides Brady, Charles Woodson and Desmond Howard the all-time isn’t that impressive either. Which was a surprise to me for some reason.

It's amazing how you look better when you have coaches telling you which play the offense is going to run just prior to the snap. Maybe if we give him a QB helmet so he can listen to the play call coming into Jalen Hurts he might be able to become average.

Edit: For those that haven't followed college football in the last month, there's a vast amount of evidence showing Michigan coaches knowing the signs coming in for the opposition and quickly signaling to the side of the ball on the field what to expect. When they tell you "run to the right" and the safeties both crash down at the snap, that makes players like Mazi look a lot better when he would otherwise be worried about a pass or a play to the other side of the field. He's been playing with a cheat code that he doesn't have in the NFL.

  I don't know, but I am struggling with the betting line after such a bust pick.

Good thing we didn't spend that pick on a quality offensive linemen who could come in and contribute right away instead of waiting for years for some mythical promise of ALL-PRO seasons to come.

Schoonmaker has been worse. Would have been better off using that pick on the OL. Either pick on the OL would have been better than what we ended up with. It’s still early but we may have whiffed on both picks.

Smith can still turn it around in futures years, he’s just a rookie. But Ridgeway was cut for Tristen Hill, who should have been cut the season before. I’ll never understand that one.

His techniques coming out of college were a mess. I hope the coaches can correct that.

He wasn’t even good in college for the most part. Technique, awareness, burst, and get off were are subpar other than a few plays here and there.
I still dont understand the pick when we already had Hankins but was flamed for questioning it. Right now there’s no present reason for him to dress for games and take snaps from someone else.

Looks like Mazi was a Will McClay pick. Jerry seriously just needs to stay home and count his money. He has no idea who to pick. He’s literally surveying the room for the most persuasive argument.

He’s been an even bigger flop in my opinion. Hated the pick on draft day and hate it more now. We’ve gotten virtually nothing out of this draft class. Too bad Overshown was lost in camp.
