Wasnt yesterday the first game lately whereby McBriar was yet again the holder? Isnt it ironic our kicking issues seemed to get better when Romo was the holder? Just my thoughts.

I thought the same thing and then saw where McBriar said on the last kick he did not get the laces in the right spot. Not trying to blame McBriar but if the laces were pointed in wrong spot that could have something to do with the ball being hit fat and coming up short.

The 1st kick was all McBriar.

I never got a good look at the last missed field goal.

Good thoughts, but I just feel uneasy with McBriar as the holder and the correlation of our kicking woes over the past couple of years. Am I wrong here?

Based on the past? Yes.

Based on yesterday? Absolutely not.

Begs the question- "Why on earth would you mess with something that didn't need to be fixed"?

were people just not complaing that Romo was holding?

now we are complaining when he is not?

Thats where I was headed. Its not like Romo will get hurt doing it; might even be something to take advantage of one day. And please....I think we are all over the Seattle thing. :)

The picked the game with the worst field conditions to change holders.

Don't forget it was also a terrible field.

horrible horrible horrible horrible.

The AZ Cardinals should be ashamed of that field. The Dallas players and AZ players were falling down all over the place.

What a POS stadium. I remember when they were all strokin themselves about the natural grass trays and how it can roll out in the sunshine and this will be the best gosh darn football field in the NFL.

Its terrible and the grounds folks should be terminated.

CheapARSEDBidwIllInc strikes again.

I noticed yesterday on the very first attempt that the timing placement and ball handling were all off on the first attempt and I thought "Crap, this is going to be a problem today" and each of the FG and PAT attempts seemed to be just a little off in one or more of these areas.

I also new inherently that after Bailey made the FG post Garrett's all time bonehead 30 secs to date, he would miss the second. I can't describe how mad I am as a supporter at the missed opportunity yesterday. You can't let that many close ones slip away in the NFL and have any sustainable, or measureable success.
