McBriar Punt

I see everyone dishing blame to Austin/Romo for that one pass, the Defense (I personally think its on them) and everyone else yet I have not seen anyone talk about Mcbriar blowing that punt and giving the Giants good field position.

I'm giving McBriar something of a pass for the nerve condition affecting his foot.

He's been one of the best players on our team for years now. I'm not going to bash him when an unusual injury affects him at random times.

That defense has me really frustrated and angry right now. The blown coverages that I saw should not happen in a pro football game.

It's probably a good thing he did shank the punt and given them a shorter field, otherwise we wouldn't have had time to miss the FG at the end.

unfortunately that was just one of about a dozen or more plays we can point at that could have affected the outcome of this game.

in the end it's another inexplicable loss in which everything that needs to go right for the other team happens and we come away with wide eyes and wide open mouths wondering what the heck just happened.

I've only seen it live, but it looked like someone hit his plant foot as he tried to punt. That's what I thought the problem was.

McBriar hasn't been himself since that injury... I think he'll be back to form in 2012.

Did you see the way our defense played? McBriar could've pinned them at the 1 and they would've still scored a TD. Only difference is a better punt would've given the Offense less time to get into position for a FG

Our defense had already gone home by then. It did not help, but there were 50 things more catastrophic than his poont punt.
