McCarthy as Cowboys OC?

I know he will want a head coaching gig, and Cleveland needs a great offensive minded head coach, (and would be a great landing spot for him) but Jerry has plenty of money to make McCarthy our OC if he wants it to happen.

He would be a serious upgrade over anything we have had in some time.

i personally dont think the Cowboys are looking for winners. SB is a bit of a stretch. Find someone who ll run an out of date system and say yes to garrett.

I don't see McCarthy as a "great offensive mind" but rather a guy who lived off Rodgers' improvisation skills. I'm all for an upgrade at OC, but not interested in MM.
