I for one am happy that we did not take up another experiment after our last experiment ended up being a decade long. Another positive is that MM does not have any emotional or family ties with the Jones so if he does not perform, he wont be here as long as Garrett was. I see nothing wrong with this hire. We have a window now with the players in the team, it's time to utilize the talent rather than waste it like the past decade.
