McCarthy focused on pass protection

Yeah and Wentz is a starter. You've been spewing this crap since last season and you're still wrong. You did manage to keep your mouth shut all season while Steele was playing great but as soon as an injury and offseason hit here you are again. By game 3 of the 2023 season you'll be quiet again.
He's mad that he didn't know an OT can get beat and still not give up a sack.

Sorry not sorry.

You'd think after watching him fail so miserably back to back years in the playoffs against the same team they would figure out you lose nothing having a different QB on the field.
Unforntunetley it seems they are satisfied just getting to the playoffs.

That's why I root for 5-12 over 12-5 at this point.

Whatever can get them out of there "just being slightly better than the middle" comfort zone they wallow in.

He says this like Rush didn't have a higher winning percentage.

Let's pretend more Prescott would have changed things last year. He'd have gone 5-0 instead of Rush's 4-1. It was that 5 game stretch that killed us.

Nonsense.

It's almost like coaches and NFL professionals think your logic is stupid.

Interesting. He didnt even mention Rushes name. Looks like your obsession is getting worse.

This is common sense for any coach. The Oline for the Cowboys was not up to par. Anyone could see that. Really comes to head when you play the #1 defense in the NFL.

Its football 101 that all QB's and offenses function better with good pass protection so no matter who the QB is, we need a better Oline and better pass protection. This is why I see them taking a guard with the first pick if not the 2nd.

Wouldn't any HC with a pass protection ranked 28th be focused on protection?

Guess this is what he meant by analytics?
Not according to Risen!

According to Risen Dak should have carried the Cowboys to wins over better teams like the Niners, Eagles, AND KC with a line that is one of the worst at pass protection and with the 40th best RB Zeke being featured with no run game.

And apparently the Cowboys didnt have enough passing weapons.

You do understand an OT can get beat and still not give up a sack right?

Its common knowledge that Steele is average is a great run blocker, but average in pass protection.
