I’m sure big Mike knows all about sauces
Screen game? What's a screen?Fans of the screen game, rejoice.
Yeah I have a feeling we will hear about the secret sauce all year and not in a good way.“Secret sauce” is right up there with “it’s a process” for me.
Tweaks a certain nerve
I feel like I have t seen a good screen play since Felix Jones was here and he ran one against the Giants lolScreen game? What's a screen?
It would seem so! Fat jokes = top notch analysis. Are you 12?
Just say you think Dak is bad and you have to dumb down the offense for him, Mike.
Was he talking about Wentz....you have no right to judge a QB after expressing your love for Wince! That is exactly what he's saying.
Which is normal after you pay him 40 million a year.
Their secret sauce is the mush in their brainsYeah I have a feeling we will hear about the secret sauce all year and not in a good way.
Cute, but wrong. That's EXACTLY what he's talking about. For the Dak bashing clowns Mike wasn’t talking about dumbing things down for Dak. He was talking about simplifying the formations. Tom Moore helped build the great Colts offenses but limiting the number of formations and running multiple plays out of the same formation. The focus was on execution not gadgetry. That’s what he was referring to. You guys really should learn to play a new note. It’s pathetic.
But we want to run more..
I said it before, Moore was a scapegoat. The OL coach was Joe Philbin. Do people think Mike wanted to let his right hand man go?
Jeff Blasko, who is their RG coordinator was with Mike McCarthy from 2016-2018 and was hired by Dallas in 2020. He’s still the run game coordinator.
And then they got Cooks as well..
So basically it’s not actually about running the ball more, it’s about making it easier for Dak.
There are less than 12-14 men in the entire world who are better than #4. Regardless of what you think or what I think, that’s insane. How many billions of people are in the planet, and he’s in the top 12-14 of them. HOLY CRAP, y’all are kind of patheticJust say you think Dak is bad and you have to dumb down the offense for him, Mike.
Unfortunately those 12-14 men are also trying to win the Super Bowl. That’s more than a third of the league. There are less than 12-14 men in the entire world who are better than #4. You dont have to feel threatened by any comment which MAY be construed as criticism? Dak would benefit from a less complex Offense, where the plays are designed to focus on: one/two (at most) targets getting open and a checkdown (or scramble). Lessen the number of progressions, so he can focus. For the Dak bashing clowns Mike wasn’t talking about dumbing things down for Dak. He was talking about simplifying the formations. The sad part is you really believe there's only 12-14 people better than Dak lolololololololThere are less than 12-14 men in the entire world who are better than #4. Its rather pathetic the lengths they go to, isn't it?Unfortunately those 12-14 men are also trying to win the Super Bowl. That’s more than a third of the league.
Threatened? Typical hyperbolic response from a Dakaholic. Of course I want Dallas to win. I also understand that Dak will never be Mahomes. Mahomes is a rare talent yet you Dak wall bangers think that’s the standard for our QBs. You dummies also seem to forget the real issue in Dallas is the guy in the owners suite. The same guy screwing up this team dating back to when Dak was in diapers. Dak needs to be more consistent but we are stuck with him for 2 seasons so forgive me for rooting for him. Let’s hope McCarthy can get the best out of Dak and help limit the mistakes in the big moment. You dont have to feel threatened by any comment which MAY be construed as criticism? Do you want Dak/Dallas to win, or do you want him to be regarded as an elite Mahomes modern dynamic QB? Personally I think he's more suited to a Brady style game and for that he needs to speed up his release (by not progressing to find the HR throw....and settling for a tight window pass as the 'pressure' to throw increases).
So the standard for QBs in Dallas is HOFers? We deserve those types and whine like babies when that’s not the case? Have you watched this team since the mid 90s?Cute, but wrong. That's EXACTLY what he's talking about.
McCarthy went from Farve and Rodgers to Dak.
It's like the Boston Symphony conductor trying to teach high school band class.
