McCarthy Hit On Two Coaching Hires

He still pooped the bed with the two coordinators. Should have told Jerry no way to Moore and lost Nolan's contact info.

There have to be some coaching changes but Philbin and Wells have done okay.

Fortunately, all signs point to Nolan being gone.

McCarthy will defend his guy to Jerry and point to games like today as proof he needs to be here, but a lot that has transpired this year is unforgivable.

Somehow, someway, we need to find a way to get Bill Callahan back. Buy out his contract with the Browns, or create a slightly upgraded coaching title to get steal him away legally.

The Special Teams unit actually looks to be going in the right direction. And I don't know if Chris Jones is good enough to say he's our punter. This new guy seems to be better than Jones and healthy.

Callagan
Eberflus should be coaching the Cowboys. His defense in Indy has been good.

Philbin's already proven he can turn poor teams into mediocre teams, & good teams into champions. With Dallas, he’ll get another shot at the latter. BOOM!

Like what I'm seeing from Joe Philbin and Lunda Wells.

Philbin started Steele over Ervin and Knight.
Didn't give McGovern any chance to compete for either C or G.

He's got some splaining to do. Knight was *already* decent depth last year. I wouldn't give that to Philbin.

what signs?
jerry being the ever optimist could declare injuries, epidemic, and MM plea for 2nd chance to have him return
not a guarantee.
