Jerry wants McCarthy back. The biggest stumbling block is the fan base is tired of the same old, same old.

Here comes the propaganda.

Many teams want McCarthy. Cowboys are lucky to have McCarthy. Super Bowl winner. Dak will talk to Jerry about his love for McCarthy. Dak is a fan of McCarthy. Soon other stars will all weigh on with the same opinion. Will we get Parsons tomorrow saying how great McCarthy is? Lamb the following day?

The powers that be will sample the fan base and sign McCarthy as soon as the propaganda takes hold.

If Booger had not extended Dim back on September 8th and it looked as if he was letting him walk, I'd be absolutely LIVID with a Corky extension....but now, I honestly don't care. All is lost anyway, with Dim at QB for the next few years....might as well have a total S Show, and run Corky back at HC....anything that further tortures Jerry, I'm in favor of. Because it's gonna get REAL BAD!!!

Mac will be back because Jerry is comfortable with him.
See 9.5 years of Garrett if you need an example.
We love our guys which applies to coaches as well as players.
We dont shake things up.
Status quo reigns.

We’re not getting a better HC than MM with Jerry in charge. We drafted two rookies on the oline and our backup center is better than the guy we drafted. Our QB is a bus driver and we don’t have enough talent at the skill positions besides CD. Our GM keeps making dumb trades and bad draft picks making the roster worse and refuses to sign FA’s that could help the team.

Wrong. Jerry could care less about the fan base.

McCarthy isn't a hard sale; Dak coming back is.
I doubt the fans will buy into the Cowboys next year. Some will, but the fan loss will be noticeable.
And it will be blamed on McCarthy.
But it will be because of Dak.

Truthfully. Even as unfair as it would’ve been that would’ve been what a real organization would’ve did. GB would’ve been his last game. Instead they decided to go the even crueler route. Don’t improve his team and make him a dead man walking. Insulting.

MM will be back if Jerry Jones makes him a better offer than any other team does. Pretty simple.
