Exactly. We've maxed out/peaked at what we can get out of the current QB AND HC.

I ain't got the answers for who should replace them.
But it really all boils down to Jerry being satisfied with a wild card ceiling type of team with these 2 at their current jobs.

If one and done every year is good enough for Jerry then I guess we can't expect to ever be true contenders for a championship.

He banged his head against the wall for a decade hoping for Garrett to breakthrough and it never happened. Will he learn from his mistake and not hold on for too long? Probably not. lol
