In October of 2010 you take over a team that won a playoff game in January 2010 and tell everyone “it’s a process,” when you already have the QB in place. Finish 8-8 for the next three seasons.

Just one example of how clueless Jerry and his kid are. Didn’t want to fire him and lose all the ‘learning on the job’ he did.

Honestly, they are total morons and think they are smarter than everyone else. It’s comical really.
