The problem is the lack of alpha in our star defenders. Been that way since 2000. Jerry picks the players so you can say that but........that's the main reason. People can point to dak but the niners got to a super bowl with Jimmy g throwing for like 30 yards. They had a schemed up run game and MEN on defense. I'll keep repeating this. Next year when we trot out the same weak back 7 it'll be the same result whether Jerry is gone or not

Out of those names only riquan would change the pulse of this currrent team. Watt, garrett, bosa etc etc are all the same. You saw Cleveland get wrecked and Garrett was as quiet as micah. If you don't have straight Dawgs in the back 7 that are your best players you're food. I clearly see that now. Jaire is straight DAWG. Ask Justin Jefferson and now ceedee.
