Why doesn't MM just come out and say NO, he obviously would never do that. Guess he is just so used to not commenting on things that it's his default answer to everything. Or maybe he actually does need to ask Jerry. SMH..

You don’t platoon these 2 QBs. Only in a wildcat type of situaion, not this. It’s one or the other.

He didn't say "no".

We're going to do this high school/college style.

Only agenda driven people would read this as...."he didn't say no".

That is like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber saying, "So your telling me there's a chance then, i feel ya"

Not sure which was worse, the question or the answer.

But even Tom Landry succumbed to such an idea in 1971, and almost blew the season before sticking with Staubach and winning the Super Bowl.

He also pissed Roger off who was at the point of play me or trade me. Roger was frustrated

Stephen Jones: <checks google for definition of hypothetical> <Giggles.>
Jerry: “I think it means ‘trite’. I’m gonna keep using that one.”

Dak will return against the Rams or Philly and again perform as he did in week 1 . He's been schemed , and Defensive coordinator worth his salt shuts Dak down . Cover the curls and check downs. Dak is dead in the water . When Dak flubs and stinks it up again , he will have some "magical " injury and they will sit his *** to save face . Dakota is done as the future QB of the cowboys . These r the facts

I think it's clear Cooper is better than Dak at the line of scrimmage calling the correct audibles.

Maybe instead of platooning them we can play both at the same time. Cooper reads the defense and calls the audibles and Dak runs the play. We'll have to sacrifice a tight end or receiver to do that, but I'm sure we can teach Rush to be a lead blocker.

Didn’t Landry rotate QB’s . It was about as popular as traffic on LBJ . MM is not going there .
