They did? They haven't been to the Super Bowl since he left and one NFCCG which McCarthy went to what 4 or 5 of them while he was there. They haven't gotten better.

To be fair to Big Mac he also got Green Bay to the NFC Championship game in 2007, which was the year before Rodgers became the starter, so it wasn't just Rodgers at QB.

Of course, the other QB Big Mac had in Green Bay prior to Rodgers was Favre, so there's that.

Anyway, if the Cowboys give Big Mac 13 straight seasons with a Hall of Famer under center for each of those seasons (like he had up in Green Bay) I'm sure he might be able to lead Dallas to a SINGLE SB --- just like he did with the Packers.
