I have seen it said that McCarthy's offense is really a West Coast style of offense. I don't know this to be true or not. I am not a deep thinker.
So, if it is based on something with shorter passes and RAC yards, how does this new alignment of players help or hurt that scheme?
Does this offer Dak more opportunities to complete passes since the ball is not traveling as far?
Does this eliminate some of the drops we've seen recently from our WR?
How does this passing attack change the defensive set against our running game?
Does this now make Zeke and Pollard more dangerous in the passing attack because of McCarthy?
Does it make those two more dangerous in the passing attack because of the way the defense have to respect the WR's
Does adding Lamb, in a way, supplant what conventionally is the TE game of playing the hash marks because he can do so as well out of the slot?
Does the differing combinations of Cooper, Gallup, and Lamb alternating positions in plays force mistakes by the defense?
Does the quick throw help the offensive line since we all have our fears about losing FredBeard and how that will play out?
Just wanting to talk football here. What say you?
