LeSean McCoy is expected to quarterback the Eagles' Wildcat offense this season, according to ESPN.com's Matt Mosley.

The Eagles used DeSean Jackson in the Wildcat on several occasions last season. McCoy's experience with the package at Pitt may lead to the team using it more often this season. Still, if McCoy is going to be a major fantasy factor in 2009 it won't be due to the Wildcat.

The primary reason the Cowboys are tinkering with the Razorback, their version of the Wildcat formation, is because they're looking for ways to take advantage of Felix Jones' explosiveness.

But there's also a side benefit.

"We want to look at it both sides of the ball -- defensively, because we're probably going to see it some," Phillips said.

For example, the Eagles used the Wildcat for a handful of snaps last season, and ESPN.com's Matt Mosley believes it could become a significant part of Philadelphia's offense with rookie RB LeSean McCoy taking direct snaps.
