Was quite excited when I read Texas Toast. Sounds really promising then see the picture and it seems to just be cheap bread sliced thick? Thought it was going to be an interesting new discovery for me like chicken fried steak or huevos rancheros

My favorite is the Sounders Burger. It's got cream cheese, jalapeno w/garlic, bacon, and pepper jack. It's delicious.
