Should have signed Rice. They took a chance on Hardy. Why not Rice. At least he isnt denying what he did

Because Rice has been out of football for nearly 2 years and was awful his last season.

Rice is done.

If you can't be civil then don't retort to someone's post.

/mod off

He's done more than 2 games but yeah carry the load the last few games with stacked boxes, running on first down with 8-9 in the box and no effective passing game for the most part. That's tough.

You took me the wrong way. I apologize. Wasn't trying to be uncivil. Was more like puzzled or shaking my head expression. I know, hard to tell. . But I just don't think this is a reason for injury. If he is injured, it's typical I'd DMC.

Hey G...

Get into the business of Cincinnati before the real talent drafted continuously over took the criminals on their roster. That only took about a whole decade of losing.

Good Lord just stop. It's kind of hard or more like impossible for him to do that since there is video.

G is a long suffering Cowboy fan from way back...his heart is always in the right place, and he works in law enforcement as well.(one of the 'good' guys)

Lets hope whom ever the RB is....they no how to BLOCK and not get ROMO killed on his 1st game back......

Turbin had carved out a role in the two minute offense with the hawks....I think it is safe to say if something happens he would be the one..

Has anyone heard that this is more than a precaution? Archer indicated that the Cowboys are not concerned that he will miss the game.

The Cowboys will cycle through discarded Seahawks running backs until they find the right fit.
Every game, all season

Dallas signed former Seattle and Cleveland running back Robert Turbin after cutting former Seahawks running back Christine Michael, the team announced Wednesday.

Turbin, just 25, played in three games for the Browns and carried the ball 18 times for 60 yards.

The transaction is just more fuel for those eager to finger wag at Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. DeMarco Murray, the perfect fit for Dallas' high-powered offensive line, was probably the answer all along but the issues go far deeper.

The Cowboys let go of offensive coordinator Bill Callahan, the true guru behind their blocking success. They also trusted Joseph Randle and lost Tony Romo for seven games to a broken collarbone, which forced more defenders than ever into the box to stop whatever platoon of running backs they decided to trot into the huddle.

Now, they are on their fifth different running back who could potentially see significant carries this season.

In another article it said CM had locker room issues. whatever that means.
3.3 yds per carry is what turbin did in cleveland. he always looked good in Seattle,.
I just wonder if he gets the 1 carry per game treatment ??

If Mcf has a groin injury, could be he had in last game too, and they need to let some of these other guys have more carries.
Tony will need a strong run game to be effective.

Maybe MCF won't be seeing the extent of action that he has thus far. Groin injuries are naggers and he didn't display his normal zip against Tampa. He'll get some relief from the other backs, unless that pull is very minor.

I'm waiting for Dallas to announce the McFadden won't practice for the rest of the season so the Cowboys can keep him fresh knowing it might be him or bust for the running game.

We have to keep him fresh for the playoffs.

NP. I agree he's had his share of injuries and for the most part it's been 1-3 a year excepting the season ending injury. He missed no games this last year in Oakland and thru game 9 here. Maybe he's done for the year. Emmitt was the last decent back we had who wan't injured a lot hence his NFL rushing titles and overall title. Most get hurt anymore.

It's very bad timing for us as Dunbar is out for the season and Randle got the boot. We are basically starting over. It's not just the RBs. It's all over the damn place.

He won't last the season if they don't spell him. He's bound to come up with something that he can't play with or be effective with if he hasn't already. Could tell something wasn't right with him last week he didn't have much spring in his legs.

That's really not fair. RBs are going to get dinged up and the guy has had to carry the load against stacked boxes. Let's see how long he's out although I hear groin injury I'm thinking several weeks.

As far as Michael goes, there was something else going on so he's no loss.

Sign another guy (like Rice) and go about your business. We need an effective run game but it is Romo who will win games. Not saying it's not important just not as important.

I agree 100%!
