Honestly this coaching staff deserves whatever fate may be in store. Lose tonight and that's a wrap. If they lose with Rod Smith at TB and not activating their previous starting RB who finished 4th in the NFL, I just don't know how that's defensible.

He was a free agent, he resigned for one season, near minimal. He has zero value.
