Why is that the end of the story? It's why we have these back up guys. One, to play for us if our main guy gets hurt. And, two, to see if they develop into starters someday. People gave Romo about as much of a chance as McGee. I don't see the type of player Romo is in McGee. But I do see something in him that I don't want to give up on just yet, not that it's up to me. But he sort of reminds me of a McNabb-type player, if he'd ever get comfortable in the pocket...and that takes time.
