Love these McGinn reports because it tells you just how little actual scouts care about the draftnik boards.
These really don't surprise me much.
I think Surtain will be rock solid and an R1 on every board.
Farley might vary quite a lot as some teams shoot for the moon and others avoid risk.
Horn is just a bit lesser well taught Surtain to me.
Dallas needs to come away with a starting CB that I know.
This draft has a few quality options and they badly need one.
