does it really matter if he's there next season or not??? i mean obviously with him they are a much better team but even with him they are still the 3rd best team in the division when all 4 NFC East teams are fully healthy. If i was them i would be more worried about improving their D which is full of either overrated or old players than to be worried if McNabb will comeback at 100%. which most likely he eventually will

Yeah, they do have a lot of holes to fill even if Donovan's at a 100%.

And their star players (especially on offense) are always injury prone. If it's not McNabb, it'll be Westbrook. If not Westbrook, it'll be Stallworth. W/ time not bein on their side, they will never be healthy enough long enough to win on a consistent basis anymore. If I were them, I'd try to trade as many of their star players during the offseason and stockpile draft picks and start from scratch.

What if the Irish see Michigan again? :lmao2:

Not worried.

How does it feel knowing your team just got pushed out of the National Championship game?

Funny coming from a 2 loss team who got r***d by Michigan in your house.

But besides that... this just shows, once again, how stupid and idiotic the BCS is.

Have fun with those teams that drive people to alcoholism.

EDIT: PS. WHo says "ouch?" Its almost like laughing @ your own jokes. Not very funny.

Garcia seems to be a pretty good stop gap QB.

I think they should seriously consider trading McNabb while he still has a lot of trade value and consider taking a QB in this draft (Brohm). Let Garcia take over for a year while the rookie sits and studies film.

Parlay the picks into a new WR (dump Stallworth, he'll never be healthy) and RB (ditto).

IF, and I mean IF... cause its not gonna happen anytime in the near future... ND had 1 loss and was in the same situation you would know how these teams feel. Even Florida might have an arguement after this weekend.

I dont feel I was making an excuse anyway, its a valid arguement. There is no true way of finding out if USC or UM is deserving of #2 unless they play each other. IF ND was there, you would get me.

So what are you drinking right now?

If this was the title to a story on a Cowboys player we'd be PO'D!!!!!!! This ACL thing nowadays is not usually a 12 month injury. Heck, Bill Parcells himself said "you can do a lot" talking about the time Ellis has to recover between his injury and camp, and Bill made it sound like he could be back in time for camp. Why not McScabb then, considering Ellis's injury is considered worse(usually much worse)?

He didn't wreck the knee. Just an ACL and partial Meniscus, which is just a shave job probably. I hate McScabb, but i bet he comes back in 8-9 months and is ready for 2007.

Nothing right now. Waiting for the weekend.

We could also say that when Brady Quinn leaves N.D., they'll have the #1 rated high school player in the country ready to take over for him. Clausen kid from CA.

Bright future for Notre Dame.

Brady Quinn was the top QB coming into the season and most likely be a #1 draft pick.

How is a kid out of HS gonna better your team?

Is he penciled in as the starter as a true freshman?

It won't be just him making the entire team better.

They recruited a lot of talent. Like the WR they got from Jersey. He's rated high too.

I don't know.

I don't see why not. They should get him in there early.
